Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the application "Video Uploader" (the "App") handles data. The App is a private tool used solely by the owner of the YouTube channel it uploads to. It has no other users.

Google data the App accesses

The App requests the following Google API scopes:

These scopes are limited to the signed-in user's own YouTube account. The App does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

How the data is used

Access is used only to perform the upload requested by the signed-in owner. Video files, titles and descriptions are prepared by the owner on their own computer and sent to YouTube. Nothing is sent anywhere else.

Storage

The OAuth token issued after sign-in is stored only on the owner's local computer so the App can upload without signing in again. It is never transmitted to any third party and is not stored on any server.

Sharing

No data obtained through Google APIs is shared, sold, transferred or disclosed to any third party, and it is not used for advertising, profiling or for training any machine learning or AI model.

The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local token file also ends the App's access.
